Review - Silk Creamy Cashew Milk #SilkCreamyCashew

The last couple months we have been very busy renovating the family homestead. I've been behind on my workouts and the entire house has been a chaotic mess. Now that the dust has settled and much of the mess has been cleaned up. I'm eager to get a little more order in my life.

This morning my brand new 15 piece compact blender set arrived. Very eager to try out my newest contraption and the delightful Creamy Cashew Milk from Silk Canada. I grabbed a banana, Greek yogurt, kale, carrots, blackberries, pineapple, fresh ginger, cashew milk and ice. The cashew milk was a very welcomed addition to my smoothie and I will certainly keep some on hand.

Silk's new creamy cashew milk is delicious on its own. It is only 60 calories per serving, much less than skim milk. It is a little thicker than almond milk, which makes it a better milk substitute for coffee and tea. The taste is slightly nuttier and not quite as sweet tasting when compared to almond milk.

Stop by and visit Silk Canada on Facebook and show them some love! You can also find them on Twitter and at their website.
